UPCOMING WEBINAR: Join us May 22nd for a discussion spanning urban forestry’s racist past to its tech-enabled future. Guests Dr. Nadina Galle and Dr. Christine Carmichael will share stories and insights from their new books. In The Nature of Our Cities, Dr. Galle details her journey around the world, connecting with scientists and citizens who are harnessing emerging technologies to unlock the power of the natural world to save their cities. Dr. Carmichael’s book, Racist Roots, reviews how our nation’s troubling history with racism affected urban forests and details steps we can take to participate in the movement for healthier urban forests for all people.

We will raffle off copies of both books to live attendees.
